Shock Rebuilding
At Shock Tec we offer two shock rebuilding services.
Basic Shock Rebuilding
Our shock rebuild services includes new Amsoil synthetic shock oil, thorough inspection and cleaning of the seals, shaft, cap, body, etc. and nitrogen charged. With this service we fully inspect your entire shocks and replace the oil. To replace any damaged seals and parts are extra.
Complete Shock Rebuilding
With the complete shock rebuilding service includes all new seals, new Amsoil synthetic shock oil, a thorough inspection and cleaning of the shaft, cap, body and a nitrogen charge. With this service we fully inspect the entire shocks, plus replace the oil and all the seals

We have custom valve stacks for a lot of applications and different riding styles. We use our baseline and fine tune it to your needs and rider specs.
A blank valving piston is sometimes necessary and is an additional cost.
Whether your suspension is too soft, too stiff or lacking some finer performance, we have the tuning abilities to customize the shocks to your needs.
*Rush turnaround is available for an additional $40 per shock received.
Rush service is a maximum of 48hrs from when shocks are received.
We don't guarantee the rush service of 48 hrs.

In most cases, shipping with Canada Post is the most economical. We also accept all carriers, including purolator, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Remove springs and shock bushings and ALL LOOSE HARDWARE before shipping, as it is not needed for the rebuild. This keeps your shipping costs lower. Use a sturdy cardboard box with wadded up newspaper packed full.
We recommend that you insure your shocks and that you ship with a method that can provide a tracking number for your order.
